Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Nodian Directory hosts user-submitted ComfyUI workflows, nodes, and models. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what may not be submitted, shared, or generated through the Service, and how to report abuse.
Prohibited content
The following are strictly prohibited and will be removed:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including intimate images shared without the depicted person’s consent.
- Non-consensual sexual likenesses or deepfakes of real, identifiable people.
- Any content that sexualizes minors, whether real, fictional, or synthetic.
Notice and takedown
If you find content on the Service that violates this policy, report it and we will aim to review and remove confirmed violations within 48 hours of a valid report. For non-consensual intimate imagery, we treat reports as urgent.
Send takedown requests to abuse@nodian.directory with a link to the content and a short description of the violation.
Bring-your-own-key generation: NSFW follows the key
Some Studio features can call third-party AI providers using your own API key (bring-your-own-key). Using your own key does not mean anything goes: providers such as Anthropic and fal refuse explicit and abusive content under their own policies, even via your key. The provider’s rules travel with the key, so BYOK is never a route around this policy or around a provider’s own restrictions.
Future resold-cloud lane
A resold-cloud option (where we, rather than you, are the Merchant of Record and account holder for the underlying provider) is not live today. If we ever offer it, we would apply a server-side model allowlist and content moderation before any job runs, and that lane would be bound by the providers’ acceptable-use terms in addition to this policy.
